Hotels with connecting rooms in Desa Pandan

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Overall is good except that the lift only allows access from basement carpark to lobby but not vice versa, i.e. need to take the stairs from lobby to basement carpark.

This hotel features a futuristic concept and has very beautiful skyline views of KL, including the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. I had a very memorable and comfortable stay, and really appreciated the free suite upgrade. The hotel has a convenient central location, just a walking distance to shopping malls such as Suria KLCC.

Even is old hotel but still keep high quality and 5star service.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Amazing hotel stay! My group of 8 really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay at the same hotel in future! Super convenient with everything within walking distance. Stayed for 3 nights and did not even managed to walk the whole area! I love the ecofriendly the hotel is with filtered tap in the room so we don't need to waste plastic bottles! Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room

The shower stall is incredibly slippery due to design flaws and flooring used. Also no non slip rubber mat was provided. Stepping out of the shower the cotton floor mat was equally slippery. Do something before something bad happens

Staffs were extremely well trained, greeting you and offering a helping hand anywhere you go. Amenities were top notch except for the pool was a little small. Visited the gym, equipments were very new and advanced. Each machine had a towel and a bottle of water. The room was clean, but there’s slight Aging to it. With the differentiated service provided, I will definitely go back or recommend it to my friends.

Great stay with family for 3 nights in KL. Five minutes walk to KLCC towers. Quiet room, with floor to ceiling glass window.Safety box is awesome.
