"This was a wonderful hotel. The breakfast area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! The room was beautiful and very clean. Our only irk was that we got a room with the jetted tub, but the hot water was minimal and the water pressure was minimal so it took very long to fill the tub and by the time it filled, the water was not very warm. "We enjoyed our stay here, we only did one night before we went up to Aguas Calientes but the free cooking class with trout ceviche and the cocktail tutorial for their area drink Pisco Sour was a great touch. "Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. "We had a wonderful experience staying here. The guys at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in early, which was great! They were also very attentive to our needs and I truly felt well cared for during my entire stay. The rooms are so beautiful and I had an amazing view of the city from my balcony. "This hotel was an amazing property, absolutely huge, massive rooms and fantastic set up and location. However lots of little things are off. Overall this was a lovely hotel, a bit dilapidated and in need of works through, you can sadly see that the political situation and Covid have had a great hit on this property. "Ive traveled quite a bit for work and vacations all over the work and I think this maybe best hotel I’ve stayed at. EVERYTHING superb- everyone looking out for guests. The facilities are historic but so beautiful and well kept. Location is ideal."
