"Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms). Hotel is a little bit older and could use some touch ups, but room service was excellent so it made up for little interior faults. Dint go for breakfast though. Seemed too crowded and we used other catering options around the hotel."

"Great location, very clean, friendly staff. Great tube options making it very easy to get around. Direct tube from Heathrow to Covent Garden and its a short walk to hotel."
