"Great, calming place. It was perfect for our part of the trip as we wanted to relax and be surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The majority of people who stayed here were older people and families, but I did not mind that at all. There are a lot of amenities and it was the small features that made me feel extra comfortable. "Hotel is about 15min walk away from Gotemba station, and pretty convenient overall. You get a pretty good view of Mt Fuji right outside the hotel, weather permitting. Hotel is near a 7-11, Uniqlo, AEON and Daiso, making it easy to get necessities. Food options are walkable around! Overall pretty good and quiet place around Mt Fuji. "
