"Clean room"

"Check in was terrible for me. I arrived around midnight so exhausted only to have a room on the 19th floor that had the scent of mold and the walls also showed some black mold. The AC was making this loud sound. They switched my room after requesting but it was around 1 am by then. I used the gym which was workable with old machines. The next room was okay still at 2 star rating. The only 4 star helpful was the bell man who helped with the bags and the location is ideal for Central World...
