"We really loved the atmosphere at On On. The staff were super helpful and the location was incredibly central for old Phuket town. I gather that about 20 years ago the place was a hostel and has been renovated in a really good style that seems to be quite authentic. I would stay here again although I am aware of things like hearing the guests in the next-door room a little and the floorboards squeaking but these are minor compared to the character of the place.🙏"

"Great staff so friendly and welcoming especially the younger staff! There was one older dude who was ok. Great location especially for rainy days lots to do near by like salons, cat cafes etc. nice to be away from the beach crowds but still close enough to go. 7 eleven few steps away. You can get Michelin rated grab to hotel. Hotel is spacious and cleaning staff did an amazing job servicing room everyday. The luggage boys are great too! No free Netflix. Bathroom was huge and white and clean! No microwave wish there was and no coffee machines:("

"The Paradox resort is very well located within proximity to Karon beach, shops, bars amd restaurants. Our room was upgraded to the penthouse suite which is very spacious and it even has a mini pool on the roof. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain the first day and there were several leaks from the ceiling and sliding door that made it a bit uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to another room but with all the rain going on, we decided to just stay in the same room. The staff was gracious to bring plenty of towels to absorb the water and replenished them often. I was also granted a late check out on our last day that was very convenient since we were catching a later flight to go home. The food was excellent including the breakfast buffet and in room dining menu offered a variety of dishes. The pool and surrounding areas were well maintained also. Overall the staff and services were very attentive however the property needs some updates. I would stay here again but in a different room."

"Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"
