"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, my concern is the height of the bathtub from the floor. My room had a shower over the bath arrangement and it took a big step to get into and out of the bathtub, there is a lack of handrails and this,arrangement may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. The matter could be solved with a secured external step and handrail. I highly recommend this property in all other respects. "

"Very friendly, accommodating staff. Rooms are clean and the hotel decor coincides nicely with the allure of this historical city. Location is perfect for exploring Huế; walkable to Imperial City and next to hustle and bustle of nightlife without sacrificing hearing it from your room. "The location was good. But when I checked in, I was not given a room with a river view that I had booked and paid for. The second room they showed me, the air conditioning and phone did not work. They gave me a third room on the 9th floor which I had said I did not prefer. Breakfast only had two choices, a Vietnamese noodle and beef soup or an omlette.
