Like that the hotel provides bottled water at the check in/check out counter. Especially in the hot weather of summer.
As always the location is good. The staff helpful. The clothes hanger in the bathroom was faulty and does not retract. Informed front counter staff and it was fixed in the same day.
Pleasant stay over all. Will recommend anytime.
Unfortunately, I left behind my polo t-shirt in the closet. Really sad.

Smack in the middle of all the action in Shibuya. In spite of being in a very noisy street I could hear nothing it was very quiet in my room..
Rooms were clean and everything felt quite new.
Staff was helpful, especially the Filipino staff working at the front desk.

Comfortable rooms with large beds but minimal walk space. Lovely balcony facing the park. Bathtub was a tad small but works fine. Room lighting was a little dim (especially for makeup) but ok after drawing the curtains. Near a few train stations but will need to travel a little for food.

very interesting hotel due to the godzilla theme. located right in the heart of shinjuku.
the narita air port bus drop me about 2mins away from the hotel. otherwise, it's actually about 5 to 10mins away from mrt
I stayed on the top floor. the room is spacious with a nice view. bed, toilet, etc all the necessary amenities are all there. there is common water dispenser on every floor.
the staff is helpful and promptly assisted us with check in/out process.

This hotel is so convenient, very near to subway. There are restaurant and family mart within walking distance. Hotel provides lots of useful amenities, which you won't see in other hotels, such as nano beauty mask, uv cream. Lovely hotel, I will surely be back again.

The onsen at the 18th floor opens till 2AM and the outdoors version allows one to sit in the water to gaze at the night sky.
The room was also very clean and there is daily housekeeping. 2 small packets of snacks are also provided in the room.
A humidifier/purifier is also provided.
The tatami and wooden flooring is also much appreciated, limiting the dust in the room.
The breakfast in the dining room at 1st floor is almost a must.
In house coin operated laundry costs 200 yen (~SGD2) to wash...

The hotel is extremely well-located... It is very well connected with the Tokyo metro (including Haneda/ Narita airport), Ginza, Asakusa, JR lines. The hotel amenities were thoughtful. Since we had a child in our group, the hotel housekeeping provided kids toothbrush set. Very thoughtful.
