Love this place! Convenient to grab to TRX and restaurants nearby! Apartment is sparkling clean, tv in each room. Nice bedding and five star service from the staff. Swimming pool opens till 11pm and my kids could swim after dinner! Breakfast was perfect and staff always greeted us with smiles.

Front seat staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is not very good. We ask for extra quilt twice, and then we got it.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

We had a lovely stay at EQ, KL. The hotel and the hospitality were outstanding. Spacious rooms and friendly staff at the check in counter. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable! We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!

Service of this hotel is top-notch! Got a free upgrade to Deluxe Suite! The hotel design is one of the best in KL! Highly recommended!

The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building). Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good. Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different. Overall good stay.

Room and amenities new and sensible. Love the architecture of the hotel. Service is good. Understandably the F&B offerings are under-appreciated at such a location in view of the many available options in close proximity. Great hotel location too, with public transport available very close by

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Located in a quiet place. There are taxis waiting outside. Wifi was good. Our 2 units of 1 bedroom were upgraded to a 3-bedroom & a 2-bedroom. That was extravagant! Quiet corridor. Quiet surrounding. Far from busy streets outside. Breakfast was good, located on 48th floor with a good view. Gym was located on 48th & 5th floor. Room was equipped with everything we needed. It was a luxurious experience, the service was out of this world and the entire property just felt really safe with a super nice view from the room. The breakfast and food were pretty good as well and it was definitely worth the price for the stay if you are looking for something more luxurious. The room was very spacious together with the toilet and there was even a toto washlet toilet bowl!

Fantastic location, walkable to the main malls with some good food nearby. Recommended stay.
