I was relocated to different unit in a different location cause staff claimed that The Mansion doesn’t allow daily rent. The replacement apartment was Grand Palace apartment and it was in poor condition despite the same price. I only agreed cause booking says non-refundable and pictures provided doesn’t look that bad. And I needed a full sized fridge which staff can’t answer straightforward if there’s a full sized fridge at the replacement apartment or not. There were lots of ants and the whole apartment has a musty cockroach/sewer smell. The emails I received from staff kept mentioning that I need to download a separate app even after I mentioned that I am not willing to. The staff who greet me upon check in was nice and pleasant.
