If you find yourself in Jitra, this is an fine place to stay for the price. I had an interior room with no window, but it was clean and quiet and had a goods night sleep. Staff helped me find my way around.

Its our second time staying at Urban Inn. Everything in this hotel is good. Its very clean. The aircond and water heater works perfectly. The only downside is there is no lift. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Its quite a hassle to climb up and down the stairs with a small child.

Stain bed sheet has not been changed. When i first came in, there is hair on the bed. Indicate that the bed sheet has not been clean properly/changed. Overall the hotel was new and clean. You get what you pay

Comfortable hotel. Modern decoration. Easy to check in & out. Nice hotel staffs. The hotel provided water dispenser for the guest. Worth the price that I’d paid.

Hotel for travellers with tight pockets
Hotel allows for late check in past midnight. I was surprised that I have to pay additional deposit and tourist tax upon arrival. This was NOT mentioned in Expedia adverts. Otherwise, room was clean upon arrival, basic amenities are available such as towels, shower facilities, bed, table, water heater. Housekeeping were clean and efficient. Wifi is good with occassional cuts i.e. not smooth, especially during peak hours. Location of hotel was close to shops, markets, and shopping mall. Ideal for exploring local delicacies and life. Points to be improved on include installing a lift to assist visitors with heavy luggages. There is only a steep staircase currently, which is very inconvenient for heavy luggages and elderly tourists. You need to rent a car to travel around here.

With the cheap price for the hotel I had an enjoyable quality time with my brother there. After we had visited few place at Alor Star then we would like to take a rest time at Jitra. Hence after further research we decided to choose Urban Inn Jitra as our place of choice due to the attractive price, hotel picture that was posted online, and etcetera.

Im just stay to sleep at the hotel, take a superior room with king bed. Comfort enough for me to stay with family(1todler 1baby). This time get room at level 1 previously get room at level 3

Affordable. A new hotel. I've stayed here a few time already because near to my workplace. Easy access to Darulaman and Pekan Jitra. Food is easy to find. Everywhere. Pizza Hut Restaurant just nearby. Restoran Tok Keramat for lunch if you wish to try Nasi Campur (Morning-Lunch only). Good place to stay.

nice hotel with good facilities
a nice and comfortable stay as we were travelling again from jitra to uum sintok for a course. the facilities were in good condition, welcoming and helping staff around, the rate for the room is acceptable, good room service. perhaps, the management should top - up the bath gel and shampoo, as well as the sachets of coffee for our drink
