"Great location in Osaka with tons of restaurants and transportation options to get around Osaka or day trips to Kyoto or Himeji. On-site onsen a plus. More laundry needed for a larger hotel, 4 washers and 4 dryers on one floor is not enough but overall a great stay."
"Staff are friendly and polite. Rooms are clean, and it was helpful they provided a robe you can wear in the room and that coin-operated washing machines/dryers didn’t require you to have detergent.
It’s very conveniently located, with numerous restaurants and convenience stores available in a short walking distance."
"I love staying APA chain hotels. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. They provide many amenities, I especially love the spa. They also have a quick way to check in and out. "I have traveled abroad a lot and this is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are big (definitely get a corner suite that has an amazing view of the city) and very modern. Service was outstanding!! Everyone was so kind. We had a small medical emergency and Ryoko went above and beyond to help us get fast medical care. She saved our family vacation. This is the only hotel I would stay at in Osaka. Highly recommend!! "
