Took 2 king size bed room, The room was in good size but gosh they were so dirty.. hand prints all over the mirrors, floor was dirty, toilet floor was dirty.. and there were water spills. They did not clean the room properly.. they just make the bed.. thats all.. Told front desk, The staff offered me to change but I wanna stay close to my friends room so I told them to clean the room the next day. Next day came back to hotel after shopping, saw the floors in my room were clean but mirrors were same. Very disappointed. Because its just 2nites I decided to just check out not going to book that property..

Very pleasant stay
Decided to try based on affordable price and good reviews. Located in town but seemed a bit secluded. Room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom. In-room safe also available. Added convenience of being located very near a Tesco. Only local TV stations available in-room, even then the reception is not clear. But overall, excellent value. Would stay again next time we're in the area.

No refrigerator,. No iron provide. No breakfast, it just a budget hotel for short period of time. Tv only show common basic channel and not so clear. Nothing special you can expect from that price range. No windows. It just rumah kedai that turn into something they call hotel.

It was an awful experience
This stay was a lot worst than the previous one. Other than room not completely ready, sluggish restaurant services and undercook meal just add on to the list of poor hospitality. I've no plan to return and would not recommend it to anyone as there are plenty of good choices around Kulim.

SLOOOOOWWWW check-in.
This place is relatively clean compared to others in town. The breakfast is nice but didn't open until 7am which is kind of ridiculous for a business traveler. The location is out of the way, not much is easily accessible. Biggest improvement needed is to speed up check-in process. No need for 50RM cash deposit with paper receipt... they don't even check your room before returning the deposit so it is pointless... just slows down check-in and check-out. Asking for passport each time is slow and unproductive. They should focus on handing over the key as quick as possible and let you go on your way. Additional note is that my room had a "desk" but no chair. I had to move the bed over to the desk to use it!

Spacious room, modern amenities, Wifi, rainfall shower, flat TV with local channels, comfy bed and in-room safe just to name a few good features. Tasty breakfast which is generously served to satisfy big eaters. Fast and profesional services. All these at shoestring cost. Only a small issue to higlight, which is poor house keeping (leftover shower cap on toilet door handle), no trash bin in shower room, poor noise insulation due to thin wall and table without chair. Overall, it was average stay but worth coming back.

Nice business hotel in Kulim
This is one of the better hotels in Kulim and reasonably priced. Room is ok with breakfast. For this price, I will say it's worth it.

Overall is satisfy, require some improvement on cleanness & room arrangement. For one or two days stay it is proficient enough but for a longer stay maybe have to improve room equipment such as wardrobe & room sound proofing.
