Very clean and tidy hotel, staff very friendly and happy to assist. They offered coffee/snacks throughout the day which was a bonus. The breakfast was different to the standard buffett breakfast, however still nice to try.

There are lots of facilities in the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Osaka Integate. Great breakfast choices with unique dishes. The bed was very comfortable. Design of room shows attention to details eg dim lighting, phone charging cables and pyjamas. It's very convenient to sel check out and store suitcases whilst we explored the local shops. The staff was very helpful and polite. We like the location of Intergate Hotel because it is near Osaka train station and local shopping malls. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family

5 minute walk from subway which is only advantage of this location, otherwise seems to be in middle of office blocks. Would not stay here again due to location . However, it is incredibly clean, outstanding g service too. Has free happy hour also which is great. 10/10 for everything other than location

Will stay here again. Love the property. Walk from the Osaka train station. Short taxi ride to shopping and food at Dotombori. Short taxi ride to Osaka Castle.

Amazing staff and hotel. Very well located and lots to do in the area. Facilities were 1st class, restaurant amazing and really enjoyed the happy hours 5-7pm with other guests. Great memories of Osaka and surrounds.

Excellent location, beautiful surroundings, atmosphere and great staff. The receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely and great first impression of hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The price value was great. Just a few steps from the train station. I will definitely be back next year.

Middling review for this property… it should have been five stars across the board, but two persistent issues prevented it. There was hair on the wall in the shower from the room’s previous occupant, and despite me mentioning it in my Expedia check-in survey, it never got addressed … EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS CLEANED TWICE DURING MY 3-NIGHT STAY. Gross. Secondly, the staff wasn’t terribly helpful. Having had a sore throat, I asked at the front desk one evening if they had any honey I could put in some tea. “No, we don’t have honey” came the immediate reply - despite the fact that 3 meters away was a fully-stocked bar that had closed five minutes earlier from which they definitely could have sourced some honey for a guest’s special request, had they taken the time to consider it. This is basic guest service for a high-end hotel. This property seems to trade on reputation and attitude, but have forgotten the virtues of basic hospitality and customer service. While the property, rooms and public areas are very nice, and the price was reasonable, I was quite disappointed by the quality of guest service which was definitely below expectations.

The room is clean and it’s much bigger compared to other hotels that we stayed in. It’s 4 minutes walk to limousine bus station to go to airports. It’s walkable to shopping malls and restaurants! We will stay here again next time.

Large, modern hotel in a convenient location. The rooms are bigger than usual. There are a lot of nice touches like a lounge area with tea and coffee all day, snacks at some times and wine at happy hour, then late evening snack options. Highly recommended.

The walk up to the hotel was good, safe and clean. At night the trees are decorated with lights too and there’s combini’s around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out. And there were drinks and snacks at various times of the day. Rooms were nice and quiet too apart from I could hear guests when they were in the corridor. There were vending machines but no hot tea in the hotel.

Hotel new and clean. Short distance to osaka station, hankyu and hansin and umeda. Llke most 5mins walk to airport limousine bus station pickup point to kansei airport. Hotel provide free coffee for morning & afternoon teatime, free flow wine, drink & snack for happy hours 5pm to 7pm. Supper rice in soup.

Great hotel, they stick to the 3pm check in but you can drop off your luggage. Breakfast wasn’t worth the cost but you can’t beat the location in the financial district and the rooms for the cost.

Clean with hot bath.
Amazing hotel with hotbath to relax after a day walk. Welcome free tea-time services and supper. Limousine airport transfer nearby and about 10 mins walking distance to the main station. Hotel was clean with good service.

Everything was fine until the day before I leave the hotel. I was back at hotel as usual and change to my spectacles. Somehow I cannot see clearly with them. First I thought it was dirty, after multiple try the lens are still very blurry. I have been leaving the specs in the washroom and not a day it has that issue. So I thought it could be some cleansing liquid got squirt on the lens at the time of cleaning that caused the issue. I talked to the manager at the concierge and said will follow up and give an answer at 10am the next day but never heard back from him. It is very disappointing and left me a bad impression. Not a time I have ever encountered such issue in my hotel stays anywhere. This is the first time that someone can f up the lens. If I didn’t brought a spare pair, it would be a nightmare. For those who wear glasses be careful where you put your specs and always keep them in a case.

Hotel is super close to Umeda station so it's convenient to go basically anywhere; also have a couple of convenience stores nearby, also easy to get food and groceries. Room is so clean and perfect fit for 2 ppl! Would come back here for my next visit to Osaka :))
