"Excellent situation close to tube and bus routes into the city and other parts of London. Easy access to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Lots of interesting walks. Many cafes and restaurants in the area. Very interesting building, impressive staircase and function rooms. Fairly basic but certainly adequate bedroom and good sized, original avocado, bathroom. Reasonably priced for this area. Staff unobtrusive but helpful when needed. Daily housekeeping. There is limited parking, but we didn't use it. Overall very satisfied. Would stay again. "

"So happy I found this property. Staff was amazing (especially Andreas), room was convenient. We had the triple room, it is smaller but ideal for what we needed. The showers are very tiny but worked nicely. Loved having a window that opens to let the breeze in. We had a mini fridge, safe & hairdryer in our room. Free coffee/hot chocolate & snacks for purchase in the lobby. Excellent hot/cold breakfast provided each morning. Steps away from Paddington Station, many shops, restaurants and pubs. Walkable to many areas, Hyde Park and Little Venice were a few of our favourites. Front staff very helpful in planning daily itinerary. Highly recommend. "

"Excellent buffet and à la carte menu. Deride always excellent. Sometimes a little slow but staff are amazing and food is excellent. The hotel is maybe starting to show a few frays around the edges but still my No 1 choice. "

"The area had lots of unhoused individuals, males in the area made females feel uncomfortable. We would not leave the hotel after dark. This location is close to a hospital, ambulance sirens can be heard regularly 24/7"
