"There’s a metro station across from the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel also has restaurants and a Family Mart which came in handy for late snacks or early morning coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the Disney parks was great. "

However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. They said they never claimed to be a 4 stars hotel, and apologized for the condition of our room and offered an upgrade to a renovated room but had to charge us an extra fee. "
