Dear. whom it may concern To begin with, thank you for your stay with us. However, you are very sorry for the inconvenience that you had during your stay. Regarding space for luggage, each of bed has its own storage, which is big enough to keep things in it. If it was not big enough, please let us know in advance before your arrival, then we will try to arrange the bed of which storage is relatively bigger. Concerning the temperature of inside bed pod, we are very sorry about that. it has recently turned very cold in Tokyo. For that reason, we might run air-conditioning too strongly with consideration of guests being cold. We will try to perform better temperature control referring to your review.
