Well located, clean and staff all good. Room was compact as you might expect. There are two of the same hotels in close proximity so check street name/district before travelling!
Wonderful hotel. A bit older hotel, but it’s clean and you get fresh towels everyday. If you think of staying here, it’s only a 800-1000yen taxi ride for the Tokyo station. Well worth it.
Very friendly staff who were always helpful with directions or advice about Japan. Excellent amenities such as coin laundry and breakfast. Clean property. The room is a bit small but worthwhile for the price since the hotel is located right by a subway station and is very close to all popular tourist sites.
This hotel is located within just a few steps of a train station, and is also squarely between multiple neighborhoods with a large variety of high quality food and bars.
A pretty standard Japanese business hotel that offers a breakfast buffet which isnt extravagant but its tasty and functional at a reasonable price.
There is a highway very close to the hotel and during rush hour times noise can become noticiable, but i didnt find it to be unbearable.
The only negatives were the size of the room and the noise of the toilet filling for a few minutes after flushing.
Tiny issues but we really enjoyed our stay. Probably wouldn’t stay there again due to the size but it was quiet and convenient
This hotel is super convenient if you want to access to GINZA because there is a station of Kayobacho just 1 min walk. And this hotel is easy access to Tokyo city air terminal if you want to quickly go take the bus to Haneda or NARITA airport. To Tcat station is just 15mins walk from the hotel. Staff is super friendly and the room is clean.
A quieter corner of Tokyo with plenty of unique, inexpensive dining options. Nearby 3 table French Bistro one man operated restaurant was outstanding! Bed in hotel was larger than expected and very comfortable. Not a lot of space around the bed but overall great value. Breakfast was convenient and adequate to set us up for the day. Subway very close, making it easy to get anywhere in the city
This was a pretty good/average hotel. The staff being helpful was a huge part of making our stay better. They helped us out with the Yamamoto transport service for our luggage which was very helpful since we don’t write/speak Japanese. Also, there’s literally a convenience store connected to the hotel. However, this hotel was far from everything. It was a bit of a burden to get to the trains and go out to where you needed to go.

The facilities are old but well cleans up and maintained. Shower head is small and water pressure is not very high for me. Close to subway station and you can walk from Tokyo station if weather permits.
We stayed at Presso Inn for 1 week. The room was a good size for 2 adults, although if you are tall, the bathroom can feel cramped due to the low ceiling. We didnt mind since we are Asian-sized😆 There is no closet, so we had to figure out where to stow our luggage in a way that it’s not taking up space. The washer/dryer is very convenient. We also love that it is connected to Family Mart, it’s also very close to the Kayabacho and Tokyo station.

We stayed here twice on our trip - for 3 days when we got to Tokyo and one night when we left. We accidentally booked smoking rooms both times - as non smokers I was very worried but I couldn’t smell it at all/very faintly. They have an air purifier in the room which we kept on the whole time and had no issues.
Location - super close to a metro line for easy access to lots of places including Tokyo station.
Beds - they are firm and so are the pillows. Was concerned I would have a sore back/neck but they were fine honestly!
Room size - small as we expected - we had two backpacks and 2 carry on sized bags and it was crowded. But our philosophy is the room is just to sleep when we travel so we weren’t concerned about it.
All in all - we loved our stay and the location. Staff were friendly. Check in and out is a breeze. We would definitely stay again
My husband, son and I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. The room that we booked is the one with King-sized bed. We chose to book this hotel because it is one of the few hotels who offers king beds. In addition, there is a Family Mart beside the hotel and there is a door in the lobby that connects directly to Family Mart. You will need your room key to access the hotel lobby from Family Mart. Also, it is located two minutes walk from a train station. About 14 minutes walk to the Tokyo City Air Bus (Limousine Bus). The staffs are all so nice. Lastly, our room is always clean and new towels are provided every time we get back from a day trip.
We stayed for only one night, so not even 24hrs and didn‘t have breakfast. But there was a problem with our room which the staff handled very professionally and helped us fix it.
The hotel is close to a metro station and there is FamilyMart right next to it, which makes it very convenient!
