"Excellent! Great communication from Richard. Phone call to check we were happy with the entry instructions. Everything was left for us to access the property with our emailed instructions. The apartment had a great location, easy walk into town but in a quiet street so away from the noise. Not far from the castle and park also. The apartment was spotlessly clean with lovely towels and bedding. We were very impressed and will definitely recommend it to others and will come back to stay...

The ensuite bathroom also immaculately clean also supplied super toiletries to wash snd shower etc which were eco friendly in large glass bottles.best of all was Carl and the dining room staff Carl reserved my parking space carried my luggage up to my room and parked my walking frame for me,with no fuss and discreet help. "We had a lovely couple of nights at the Bear Hotel. Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Only very slight negative on room, was that on our first night, we could only get luke-warm water from the shower. Ate in the restaurant and meal was good quality overall. Service in restaurant was a little slow and lacking some attention to detail but pleasant all the same. Will happily return to stay here again, and plan to do so."

"We had an overnight stay here which was very convenient for seeing a concert at Utilita Arena in Cardiff. The check in was very fast. The manager was very friendly and helpful by carrying our luggage to our room. The room is clean and comfortable. The full English breakfast was very good and served piping hot.
