"Bandara Pool Villas was amazing. The Ao Yon villa was luxurious and picturesque. My family loved our stay in this one-of-a-kind suite. The staff was courteous and helpful. Small hiccups like a malfunctioning air conditioner and ants near the garbage was quickly remedied. Food at the Sumpao restaurant onsite was delicious although priced for tourists. My family would thoroughly recommend this property."

"The Moorings is a little piece of heaven on the island of Phuket. Removed from the hustle and bustle of the bigger beach towns, it sits on its own quiet beach. "The whole property was very well kept. Acres of gardens were well maintained. All the staff were very busy all the time keeping the grounds neat and tidy. The breakfast staff were excellent remembering your coffee and tea orders every morning. They were always polite and helpful as were all the staff at the Resort. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to family and friends."

Staff were so accommodating and helpful..except maybe the lady that checked my room on departure. I felt like i was in prison and she was doing a search for contraband lol

"This hotel is awesome. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The moment you step into the hotel, you will already feel the warm welcome and the friendliness of the people. The receptionist, Mai, checked us in, and Yee helped us with our luggage with a smile on their face. We had to change our check-out schedule, and Salmon helped us fix it with the transportation company that would pick us up. Aumi, the hotel manager showed us around the pool and other amenities being offered by the hotel. Thanks also to Tang. "
"We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"
"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time).
Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places.
