"The public onsen is to die for. There is the indoor and outdoor bath and a sauna as well. A very decent hotel near two subway stations. 7 eleven convenience store is just a few minutes walk. Breakfast served was both western and Japanese. Staff were very polite. Interior of hotel very traditional ryokan style. Will book again if I come to Tokyo again."

"Exquisite hotel located in a lovely part of Tokyo near the Imperial Palace. The staff are incredibly friendly and the service impeccable. Close to a variety of restaurants. Easy walking distance to high end shopping. Safe area. Taxis always available. This was the perfect hotel for my 85 year old mother to feel comfortable and have access to seeing the sites. Highly recommend!"
