"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. "Fantastic Stay – Modern, Friendly, and Affordable! Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection in Calgary exceeded all our expectations! This is a newly built hotel, and everything is in absolutely pristine condition. From the smooth and friendly check-in process to the relaxing amenities, every detail was top notch. The staff were warm and welcoming, the free parking was a huge plus, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a long day — it truly put a smile on our faces. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant — great food at a great price! For the quality and comfort you get, this hotel is incredibly affordable. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back soon. A gem in Calgary!"
