The room itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable - exactly what I was hoping for. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel was also beautifully quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. "Great location CBD, easy walking distance to train stations that serve airport train and to many attractions (The Rocks, Circular Quay, Opera, Botanical Gardens, Museums). Old hotel recently renovated. Nicely appointed rooms and very quiet. Unfortunately did not have time to use the pool."

"I am glad to have chosen Citadines on Bourke Melbourne. I've had previous experience staying with Citadines in Cebu and I took the chance of booking with them in Melbourne. The location was awesome! A tram station stop right outside you! It made going around so easy. We were in the CBD area but it never felt loud or crowded. So many shopping and dining options around the area. Staff were nice and friendly. Rooms were huge, clean and complete with extra amenities. Thank you Citadines for the 2 weeks experience!"
