Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Love this place! Convenient to grab to TRX and restaurants nearby! Apartment is sparkling clean, tv in each room. Nice bedding and five star service from the staff. Swimming pool opens till 11pm and my kids could swim after dinner! Breakfast was perfect and staff always greeted us with smiles.

Great location and very clean apartment! My in-laws and all the kids love the place and asked when can we go back again! Host was very attentive and really went out of his way to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Is definitely one of our top choice for accommodation in Malacca!

The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated on a fantastic private beach. The hotel service is one of the best we have exerienced, friendly, competent professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious and compfortable, situated a little way up the mountain from the beach.

Convenient location, everything is very new and staff is exceptional. One thing to note for the cleaners is to clean the hidden corners next to the wardrobe- I dropped a piece of clothing and collected all the dust

There are room for improvements. Amenities not satisfied,road guide must able to assist foreigners when reached destination. Toilets can better improved.

It is a case of “if it’s reasonable” the staff will get it done! Examples: 1) We booked an early Mangrove Tour, so breakfast would be before opening hours. No problems - juice, bread and fruits were delivered to be stored In our room fridge. Main breakfast meals delivered early before the tour! 2) Wife & friends interested in the herbs in the garden. Located in a quiet place. There are taxis waiting outside. Wifi was good. Our 2 units of 1 bedroom were upgraded to a 3-bedroom & a 2-bedroom. That was extravagant! Quiet corridor. Quiet surrounding. Far from busy streets outside. Breakfast was good, located on 48th floor with a good view. Gym was located on 48th & 5th floor. Room was equipped with everything we needed. Reception was polite, prompt & efficient. We couldn’t log in to wifi but was rectified within 5 minutes. My guests were happy...

Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands!
