Thank you so much for taking the time to write these lines that show we need to work harder to serve our customers a better service. I would like to explain few words for what happened during your stay with us. First of all, our hotel is located in the center of old quarter and it's very convenient for travelers. It's just next to the night market and in walking distance to everywhere. As you know how crowded the old quarter and a lot of people pass by the street everyday. Also, we terribly apologized when you have to carry your luggage by yourself. Actually, we always have bellman to help tourists bring luggage since cars cannot drive into the street. After reading your feedback, we already remind them seriously about this situation. They realized their mistake and really want to pass their apology to you. Lorie, we hope you understand, skip our mistake and still have good memory about us with friendly staff.
