"The hotel was both cozy and elegant. It was traditional, with a European flare. The rooftop bar and hot tub was a great place to relax in the afternoon, that features a happy hour from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with half price cocktails. The complimentary breakfast in the restaurant might be the best we’ve ever had, and the staff, especially Hoa and Trang were so good to us that we can’t wait to come back. I wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days, and they went well out of their way to help me. They, as well as the front desk manager take excellent care of their guests, and really look out for you. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which is important to us when travelling. Not all rooms have a balcony, so be sure to request one if that is important to you."
