I have been staying her for years. Always feel like i am coming home. Haven't been there as often because of COVID in the last few years, but when i came back the staff which were still there gave me a warm welcome. The location is convenient for meetings in the Kuningan area, and the food is good, although the menu is limited. But the rooftop restaurant is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Overrated place
Old hotel room, lots of visible stains, old TV with local channels. Pretty weird to have a microwave oven. Bed quality is not bad but internet sucks big time. Full WIFI but very slooooow and got timeout. Shower has slow water and toilet looks yellowish but floor is clean in overall.

Rasuna Icon Hotel Review by Glenn Madden
The hotel had nothing to complain about. It was down a street filled with local vendors. If you are looking for a view not so great but definitely in touch with the local areas. The hotel was super clean. The power just happened to go out in the area when we arrived and within seconds the hotel had a generator running for the entire hotel operations. There were these strange windowed doors, two of them in the room that led to nothing but close the curtains and forget them.

Never coming back
Aircon not working properly, mosquitos in the room, no extra card key ( tried but cant use credit cards) for short leave from the room. I needed to keep my Lap top on when i had to go to the coffee shop for a short meeting. Also no decent eateries near the Hotel.

Didnt like the property First room we got wasn’t the room we booked for it was a cheaper room but we paid for a room at a higher rate. On top of that the room looked like it had been lived in already and not cleaned Breakfast was very poor, food looked and tasted old

Good location
Stayed here twice, and it always been a good experience for us, the room is very comfy, quiet and nice. The only thing that need to be improved is the wifi connection, had a couple of problem with it speed. Other than that, is great.

Nice property walking distance to main locality.
No issues! Well managed property. The room I was given requires a bit of wall paper repairs. Rest everything great. Will stay here again while in Jakarta. Happy with everything.

It's Jakarta....
Overall it was good except they should believe in customer... Hotel card machine was not working and they forced me to withdraw money and deposit for total stay value before checked in. Hotel price is overrated in comparison with same range of other hotels. Breakfast can be improved...

I stayed at Rasuna Icon twice within a week. The first time I was very unhappy with the room I had been given, but no need to dwell on that now, because when I returned ofter a few days away, I had a great room on the top floor! Lovely balcony. All good. I really like the Skygarden and enjoy the neighborhood where you can find everything you need (I actually lived in this street some years ago, which maybe helps:)

Very pleasant stay
Very comfortable hotel in great neighborhood. Convenient to major transit routes, sites, restaurants and shopping, and surrounded by good warung/kaki-lima/laundry/Indomaret/etc. Good wifi. Very clean. Good linens. Laundry service was efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy for taxi/uber/gojek/grab/etc. drivers to find (Karet Pedurenan is a well-known street). Mini kitchenette in room was useful if minimal. Fridge temperature was wonky (either too warm or freezing things, no happy middle ground) and gym equipment didn't work well (treadmill was so jittery I couldn't run on it and elliptical didn't turn on at all), but overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Would return and/or recommend to a friend.

Convenient & Clean Hotel
The hotel is conveniently located near major shopping areas. They also have 24-hour room service which rather reasonably priced. But for the adventurous, there is a 24 hour mini market down the road and some eating shops that close late along the street. Breakfast was in a very nice rooftop terrace restaurant. But given the low price we paid, the selection is really very limited.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's well situated in Kuningan only a few minutes walk to major malls and restaurants in the area (including Mega Kuningan district). The hotel itself is beautifully architected inside, and the rooms, while small are incredibly clean and well designed. Staff were amazing from beginning to end, the courteous and friendly, helpful attitude that you appreciate when traveling. The rooftop area for drinks was really good. Just the general vibe of the place was really amazing. I'd go back there in a heartbeat either short or long term when back in Jakarta. It's a bit off the beaten path, but that's partially what I like about it. Highly recommended.

Cheap and good
The main road outside the hotel is rather small so take precaution when walking. Cabs frequent the area which is good. Polite staff.

Nice hotel with some noise issues
More like serviced apartments than a hotel which can be a good thing because room has a decent size and high ceiling. Nicely decorated and super clean. Very cool rooftop area. 24h room service. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a bit limited. The best aircon I have ever seen in a hotel. Only big negative is the noise problem. Rooms facing outside of the building suffer from very loud prayers...there are 4 mosques within 200m and one right across the street. Rooms facing inside of the building suffer from noise generated by guests. Too many hard surfaces causes acoustic problems. Also, it is ridiculous that guests are allowed to smoke near the lifts as you can smell it in the room (apart from hearing them talk). Management should do something about it. If noise and smoking situation can be improved I would not even think about other places. This hotel has great potential.
