Room was smelly from cigarette smoke. Toilet and overall was not very clean. Very different compared to previous. Seems like the property is under maintained

Overall its a good hotel however the parking was full during the night maybe because of Wesak's holiday. however i enjoyed and it worth the money to book for this hotel.

Noisy Room
The room not sound proof. I can hear motorcycle, lorry etc inside the room. Even I change the room in the of hotel still can hear outside noise

Cement floor without carpet, cool and not suitable for muslims who want to pray. I had to pray on the bed besause i felt the floor wasn't clean. Moreover there are slippers used, may be also be used to go to the toilet. I suggest the hotel management sensitive to the Malysian culture, the majority are muslims, or the culture of easterners who are rich in politeness and high decency. This.matter needs to be taken seriously so that more visitors or tourists choose this hotel and feel happy to come again.

Nice breakfast spread with range of varieties! Hotel room is without carpet. My room got a bit of stain on the wall (hope hotel can repaint). Nice bathroom size. Comfortable stay. Near Pasar Siti Khadijah. If you come back late at night, no more parking space. Need to park at the side of the road.

Nice breakfast with a wide variety. Parking was very limited. Room's keycard had to be reset at the reception every single time!

Too much ants around
Lots of ants ! Hotel staffs not very friendly, asked to get one extra blanket but they said need to pay RM5, although not expensive but I think hotel should provide this kind of service especially when we booked the hotel, we already informed 4 adults 1 kid, while the room only got 2 queen size beds and one kind of sofa bed, naturally we need one more blanket! Even though the air conditioner is not very cold ! Anyway, the ants are annoying!

Clean, quiet and nice breakfast. However parking may a bit limited. If you go out till late night, there might be no parking slot available for you and you have to park in front where you have to pay coupon for it between 8am~5pm/
