Located for close to shopping centers and metro stations. Place was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. You can send luggage to next hotel from this hotel. Breakfast was good for a self serve and they are very accommodating. Would stay here again.

The hotel was really convenient, a short walk away from Hommachi Station and walkable to main areas like Shinsaibashi, Dotonburi and Amerikamura. Room facilities were top notch, clean and very comfortable! Although it may be abit cramped to fully open a full-sized luggage, but that can be easily managed. Overall a fantastic stay!

When booking for Osaka it seemed you would be either paying a lot or have a dingy room until we found this hotel! As expected it was very busy, lots of businessmen etc resulting in very busy breakfasts which weren’t the greatest. The room was small but well spaced out and the pivoting TV was great! Also never seen such a futuristic shower😍 If you don’t mind a busy hotel where you may wait 5 minutes for a lift then this is a great choice! Walkable to shopping area and easy links to trains.
