We stayed for what was mean t to be 3 but ended up being 4 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was great a little on the small side but more than big enough and the beds were very comfy! I really a great experience especially for the price I don't think it can be beaten

I really recommend the hotel, very clean, near from stations and dotonbori, personal is very kind even I forgot personal items at the room and they called my next destination to send it.

Super easy to find, close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff were all friendly and we were able to store our luggage before and after check in. The only thing was that even when you turned the heat off, the room was very warm to the point where we were sweating in our sleep. Other then that would recommend hotel.

Overall it was a great stay. Staff were helpful with phoning for restaurant reservation, luggage forwarding service, domestic shipping, and getting a taxi for us. Room is small but expected, bed and pillow are comfortable. The breakfast buffet variety is acceptable for the price. The biggest down side is that there's only one washer and dryer in the whole hotel, and they are pretty weak (clothing still wet after 2 hours in the dryer), but fortunately that's a proper laundromat within a few minutes walk, so we did our laundry there instead. Will consider staying here again.

Great hotel location at very reasonable price
Great location (300m from Namba Station) with lots of eateries within minutes of walking. Awesome price with breakfast included. Also, short 10 minute walk to the canal to see the “Pokey Man” sign board. Only downside we experienced was seeing the chamber maid leaving clean towels on the store room floor 😾 . Very polite and helpful front desk staff . Highly recommend.

Está en excelente ubicación, con estación de metro cerca, a unas cuadras del Dotonbori, en pleno Nippombashi y a unas cuadras de la torre Tsutenkaku. Limpieza y orden perfectos, el espacio un poco reducido pero fue lo de menos. Lo recomiendo mucho.

一個人來很合適，整體來說都是五星好評。黑門市場就在旁邊走到道頓掘跟心齋橋也不用很久，附近也有很多賣模型的可以逛十字入口也有一件超商。唐吉軻德導航也是附近而已（往道頓掘方向）。

バランスのとれたビジネスマンに最適の宿
出張で二泊滞在。黒門市場や裏なんばへ歩いてすぐなので、飲み屋めぐりなどを求める場合は最適なロケーションでした。客室数が程よいホテルなので、部屋も静かで快眠できました。朝食は贅沢を言わなければ必要十分です。なんば駅へも徒歩で10分未満ですし、バランスのいい宿ですね。

這家飯店竟然我要多一顆枕頭無法提供我ˇ老婆要洗澡要浴帽也沒有環境棉被蓋了全身搔癢。 反正就是很差勁的一家飯店就對了員工服務態度也很差真心建議不要做這家飯店
