Room was quite modern and spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great - you can walk to the main food and shopping areas within 10-15 minutes.

We love this hotel it’s very nearby the popular street at dotonburi and also very near the train station. Direction was easy ..road was decent to pull my luggage to hotel to and fro. Hotel was actually quite small that I and my husband unable to open our luggage properly. Room was super clean esp the toilet. Our room toilet bowl don’t have a warmer seat but Overall it was a very good experience staying in this hotel! Would love to come back again 😊

Can’t beat the location with a 5min walk to the metro . The luggage room and laundry facilities were a huge hit with us. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel room was not very clean. My pillowcase had an old bloodstain on it. It was dusty. They offer tea and coffee but not till afternoon, which defeats the purpose for someone who is a morning coffee drinker. They offer bread service which is great but only if you are there at specific times. There are no waters on the rooms or coffee makers like other hotels.

Hotel is very clean, 2mins walk from Shinsaibashi station and right next to the main tourist attraction Donbotori. Very good value for money. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and great! Room was clean and just right size for 2 people. Breakfast was good and had good selection of Western and Japanese food. Very accessible to Dotonbori. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is ideally situated. Shoppping places & Dotonbori is walkable. Their in-house bread that's available for free is soft & tasty. The staffs are kind & ready to assist our inquiries. One thing i would recommend to improve is the quality of their pillows.

Great location in heart of osaka nightlife but far enough away it's quite at night. Also great location you want to shop. Could do with upgrading their pillows but other than that nothing bad to say. Overall had a great stay.

The best part of our stay was the breakfast and the sauna ! Amazing array of food to choose from! Comfortable bed but very small space. Perfect location! If I can get a bigger room I would go back for sure !

Location is the best thing about this place. The rooms were extremely small though, and the pillows were tiny and uncomfortable, we had to order 2 more pillows each and stack them to feel like 1 normal pillow. Amenities were well thought out for each room though. The wouldn’t mind staying here again for the price but maybe if booked ahead it would be cheaper elsewhere

It was pleasant. We enjoyed staying at the hotel since it was near to the Shinsaibashi station and Dotonbori. The only minor issue I had are the pillows, they are small and soft. It would be nice to have it firmer and add number of pillows to make it 4 total. Overall, i will recommend this hotel to my friends.
