Overall i had a great stay. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Only downside is that rooms are small and restrooms are even smaller.

Cute cat themed hotel with its own cafe and spa. Clean and comfortable. Near convenient store and train station. Staff can speak English and they are very polite and friendly.

If you are looking for an economical, basic room with minimal service, this is the place for you. There's no TV in the room, no daily cleaning unless you request it. The mini portable size fridge wasn't working and they gave us a replacement, but once you leave the room, all electricity will be cut off including the fridge which doesn't make sense. Most other hotels have a separate switch for the fridge. You could have spoiled food kept in there without knowing that was the case. That's my major complaint about this hotel and was reluctant to give it 4 stars, but not as bad as 3 stars. Being close to a Tamade Super made this hotel earned back a 4 star rating.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wan. It's conveniently located: a few minutes away from Shinsekai, a walkable distance away from Dotonbori, a subway station a couple of minutes walk away and a Lawson convenience store right across the road. The cat theme in the hotel is very nice as well. And the rooms have Japanese toilets with heated seats!

Excellent location but definitely a budget hotel. The beds are on the ground and there is no TV. It is close to tourist spots, and I also like that there is a bubble tea shop in the lobby and a convenient store across the street.

This place was just very nice. Nothing really stood out. The room and bathroom is a little small, but it was fine for me. It is very close to Tsutenkaku and other attractions on the South side of Osaka.

The room is simple and clean with the mattress on a lifted floor( not allow to use your shoes in the room, sandals were provided). No TV in the room but it did not bother us as we came home late each day. The hotel has a spa and massage service. Price was reasonable and it was good after a whole day of sightseeing. We do recommend this hotel for the price, location and across street for restaurant and convenient store, also about 10 minutes from Jr Shin Imamiya or 3 minutes from Imamiya on Nankai line.

No frills hotel hiding cost savings behind being eco-friendly. Guests are encouraged to upkeep their rooms rather than use the cleaning service. So don’t expect extravagant services. There is no laundry so long travelers need to use the coin laundromat Lahaina a block away. Located near 2 city train stops and the 2nd floor features a spa that offers great massages that are $$ but worth it if you like deep tissue. For the room rate it is quite reasonable.

Budget accommodations
This was a budget hotel, and while it's fine for a very short stay, it's not a room you want to linger in. None of the many posted photos seem to show my room, which was fairly grim/bare looking with smudged walls. I normally ignore reviews complaining about a small space, but in this case, I would definitely note that there was quite literally no way to lay out a suitcase. I don't think it would be appropriate for taller/larger people, more than one person (although there were 2 futons), or anyone with mobility issues given the tight quarters and futon-style sleeping arrangement. Pros: It was clean, close to transit, and cheap. Some cheaper hotels offer more than you expect, but here you certainly get what you pay for. I could see this working for budget travelers and students.

目の前にコンビニもあり、立地はいいです。 部屋は狭いですが、可愛らしい感じで良かったです。しかし、壁が薄いようで隣の物音と喋ってる声がうるさくて夜中何度も起きました。 そこがとても残念でした。ホテルで寝れないのはありえないので、もうこちらに泊まることはもう無いです。

Zeppなんばでのライブがあったので利用させていただきました！延長コード等のアメニティをお借りできるし、駅は近いしでとても便利でした。デスクに鏡が置いてあるのと、エアコンの操作ができることがありがたかったです！ネコのイラストが壁に書いてあるお部屋ではなかったですが、ホテル内色んなところにネコのイラストや写真が散りばめられていてかわいかったです🐱 ありがとうございました！！

テレビないのと部屋狭いけど、寝るだけであれば一切不満はありません。 アメニティや貸出品も沢山あって便利です。 また利用します。

清潔さとコストは◎、ご要望もあります。
価格、口コミの良さで3泊させていただきました。 総合的に寝るだけの利用なら満点かと思います。出入りする場合はおおむね満足、という感じでした。 【よかった点】 ・部屋、バスルームともきれいに掃除されており清潔感があった。 ・ベッドの寝心地がよかった。 ・コスト削減が徹底されており、テレビ、化粧水等のコスメなどが置いていないのも価格還元されていると感じられる。 【リクエスト】 ・説明にあった「毎日のハウスキーピング」は特にされず、掃除という意味ではサービスはない模様。 ・「シーツ交換 (要リクエスト)」は利用しませんでしたが、有料ならあるという意味かもしれません。わかりにくかったです。 ※「タオル交換 (要リクエスト)」は応じていただけましたし、フロント前に持ち込めるタオルが置いてあるので不便はありません。 ・備え付けの冷蔵庫は冷えるまでに相当時間がかかる。 ・外出時はカードキーを預けるのだが、フロント不在時はトレイに置く方式。部屋番号が書かれたカードキーをそのまま置くのは不安だったので、私は不安だったので持って外出しました。入れたカードキーが取り出せない貯金箱のような箱にするとよいのではないでしょうか。

一見ペットショップか？と思うような外見だったので、実は一度通り過ぎてしまいましたが、中はとてもコンパクトで清潔感があり、広くはないですが落ち着く環境でした。大阪に伺うときの拠点にしたいです。
