We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were in their second building called the Annex which was just right across the street from the lobby and main tower. Our stay included a buffet style breakfast every morning which had a vast selection of delicious Japanese dishes and western staples such as fried eggs, breads, fruits etc. There’s free drinks available all day in the breakfast room such as sodas, teas and coffee. We also received a ticket each for ramen once during our stay which was available in the evening. They cleaned the room everyday. There was an eating area in our building lobby which offered hot water, coffees/teas, ice/vending machines and a microwave. They offered luggage delivery service to other hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was also laundry. This hotel made our stay very comfortable with all its amenities and facilities. It was located centrally in the midst of restaurants, shops, steps away from Dotonbori and the club areas, close to the metro station and Parco shopping mall.

Extremely helpful staff with a buffet breakfast that has an assortment of foods. The communal after hours dining area gives you a comfortable space to relax and have complimentary drinks. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Free meal for the short term stay was much appreciated. On the days where we were out for long periods it was very convenient to have a free meal close to where we were staying

Excellent location
Great hotel in a central location within quick walking distance to Dotonburi. Rooms were very smal, struggled to find a place for our luggage but we managed. Enjoyed the washing machine in the room and breakfast with 24hr coffee.

Great location
Great location, close to Dotonbori. Clean and comfortable room just a little on the small side. Not much space to put luggage for two people but we managed. Breakfast selection good, free 24 hour tea and coffee was a bonus.

Hotel is conveniently located near dining and night life scene, very much walkable. The staffs are friendly, service is great. Room is small and the only reason for low rating is dirty floor. Our bedroom floor … is dirty, we noted dirt and even nails on the other side of the bed (adjacent to the wall), perhaps it’s the corner so they couldn’t reach but that is still unacceptable for a hotel.

Hotel is walking distance to surrounding metro stations and Dotonbori which is great. The size of the room is also comparatively bigger than other hotels i’ve stayed at in Japan, which is nice because I could open up my luggage easily. I particularly like the lounge area for the complimentary refreshments! The only downside is that the room doesn’t smell good.

The staff is really top notch, especially the lady I had to honor to talk to. She was absolutely incredible and answered every question I had. The views aren't amazing but I also didn't care. Close to Dotonbori

Although very conveniently located for Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, the hotel is a little hard to find down a side street. We subsequently discovered that an almost unmarked back corridor connects directly to the shopping mall, which would have made life easier. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby, including a branch of Tokyu Hands. Room was fine, good base for two nights.

Worth the money
Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is three blocks away from the main shopping area, and really close to transportation. Room are small tho, but then again most of the hotel in japan is small. At least this one is good price.

Great stay and location
The location of this hotel was great. Close to shopping, restaurants and train stations. Every day we went to the grocery store around the corner called the Foodium. The hotel is nice. It has a pretty good and reasonable breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed free coffee every morning. We wish the staff was a little friendlier but in all it was a good stay and we would stay at this hotel again.

Comfort stay well worth the value
Comfortable stay with short 5mins walk to local subway, Donobori and Shinsaibashi shopping street. Shinsaibashi station and Kuromon Ichiba market are a short 10mins walk. Local bath house, laudromat, drugstore, supermarket is a few mins from hotel. 7-11, family mart close by too. A few eateries next to hotel. Breakfast is worth the small price with mix variety small buffet spread. Love the eggs and ramen soup. There fried noodles, porridge, rice, miso and curry too. Double room is a japan std on small side esp if you have large size luggage but manageable. Overall, quite worth the price for location and comfort.

我們下午一點抵達 三點才入住,飯店提早讓我們進去休息 我覺得超好的 然後還說晚餐時間有送一碗麵 後來才發現一樓用餐區的飲料可以隨便喝耶 不過我們只有第二個晚上回來的時候八點多去吃了那碗麵 好好吃喔！！ 日本的拉麵 我真的會為了這個再去住一次 希望下次也有提供 地點離道頓堀很近 買東西滿方便的 回程走去難波站坐車 先買好票的話可以很安心的去機場 非常棒
