We regret that English speaking staff could not help you during you are staying. The amenity provided in the lobby is a system for customers take what they need. We are proud that there are more types than other hotels. For the coffee at the lobby, it is a welcome drink. So it is provided after check in start.(3P.M.) Coffee is a type that is ground and extracted from beans, so it has a good reputation for good aroma and good taste. Either way, we haven't been able to explain it to you. We are very sorry that there are blood stains on the sheet. Because of the staff was poor at speaking English you couldn't tell us. We will share it with the cleaning staff and make sure to be careful when we clean. We keep educate English skills for the employees little by little.We will make an effort.
