Great location. Rooms are very small and the reception staff could be more accommodating to basic requests. Would not book a cab at 6 am as their rule was bookings could only be done after 8 am!!

Such a cute hotel, luggage lock up if not yet check-in time, room are smaller but it was plenty of space for 2 people our king bed was really comfortable. The bathroom is small but adorable and the tub may look small but it was great to soak in and of course the bidet toilet was nice. Buffett breakfast was included for us and it had lots of choices and good. I’d stay here again only a couple of blocks from Dotonbori so easy to go for shopping and food.

Loved this hotel! The location was perfect, not too close to noisy areas, convenience store nearby, restaurants within walking distance, and Kuromon Market is across the street. Would book again! The only issue was the AC was dripping water but didn’t bother us because it dripped into the sink. Looking forward to a return trip to Japan and I’ll be looking for other locations that this property has in the area!

The property was in a convenient location, room size adequate however really lacking literally any surface for you to put your things. We traveled around Japan for a month and despite staying in some small hotel rooms this was by far the worst layout. We booked a king room for comfort as it was a longer stay and at the end of our trip however we found the room itself lacking. My partner requested an extra pillow for me at reception and was bluntly told no and that they don’t give out additional pillows. I enquired the next day and another person was happy to offer us an extra.

The hotel was located to Namba station . It was few blocks away from Dotonbori . The staff were very friendly and helped me regarding transporting my luggage to a different hotel.
