If you're going to Osaka, this is the place to stay extremely close to all stations. Lots of convenience. Stores nearby, quiet, extremely walkable safe. Wonderful staff. I could not recommend it more

The staff were all excellent!!! Everyone was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel was very modern which I liked and my room as well as the facilities were all very clean and well kept. I will absolutely stay there again on my next trip to Osaka.

This place was great. Room was great! Lobby and free diy coffee and coffee machine was wonderful. You got a free small sake, wine or juice upon arrival from a cool little machine. They had free entertainment every night I was there. Ranging from a short film to live music and DJ. They had a chill small balcony on the 2nd floor, outside the lobby. Room had everything from large flatscreen TV to a face steamer, desk & stationary. If you're not Japanese, they had apps on their TV for you to login to your Netflix, HULU or Amazon Prime account. Very nice washroom with walk in shower. Comfy bed and nice decor in the room. Also was a great location. About a 20 minute walk to Osaka Castle and only 30 minute walk to Dontonbori entertainment district. Just next door to a 24 hours Family Mart convenient store. Highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here while in Osaka! It was very convenient to have a Family Mart just next to the hotel! Stations were close proximity as well!

Very convenient next to Kitahama station. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Love the coffee machine downstairs. Overall, happy with our stay for 3. Only gripe was that our hotel door was not shut fully one day after cleaning. Luckily all of our belongings seem to be all there. Also, the folks at the front desk won't necessarily know about the restaurants nearby, especially family friendly ones. I also learned that they are not allowed to make reservations on guests' behalf so no concierge service. The breakfast had great variety which we appreciated.

Extremely convenient with a metro station exit literally next to the entrance. Breakfast was delicious. Ambiance was subpar. I would stay here every time, hands down!

Quiet area and metro station very close by. Great stay for value! Only downside is it’s not very walkable to the Dotonbori area must take transit.

We were asked to auto check in when there are staffs around. The auto check in is terrible, had lots of problem with it. In the end, the staff had to help me check in using the auto check in. Could have been easier if they just check us in normally. Not a good experience

I'm so glad I found this hotel for our stay in Osaka. The staff were extremely nice. The breakfast was amazing. We had dinner there a couple times and that was also great. I loved the cups in the dining area so much that I bought a few. There's a station entrance like 10 feet away from the front door so that was incredibly convenient. This will be my first choice the next time I'm in Osaka.

Great location right next to the metro. Lots of dining options and shopping around. Pretty close to Osaka castle and Dontonbori too. The hotel was modern and I enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Osaka.

Trendy-looking hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance to two train stations, one of which was served by a train line that goes straight to Kyoto. Amenities tended to be self-serve, which worked just fine for us, but this (and its overall club-y vibe) might appeal more for younger travelers. Staff were lovely and assisted us with their self check-in machines, and were able to speak some English. Breakfast buffet was pretty good - it opened early at 6:30am and we went two out of four mornings. One free drink was offered per person, per stay, and there was free unlimited coffee / lattes for all guests. Bakery and convenience store downstairs was really convenient. Room space (at least for the two twin bed) might be too small to open a large suitcase. I really liked the combination of the bathtub beside the standing shower space, as one could fill up the tub while showering and then climb in for a soak. Overall pretty great stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Royal Park Canvas Hotel in Osaka. It is so conveniently located right next to the Kitahama subway station. Also, Pain Karato is located next to the entrance to the station and offers wonderful meals and baked goods. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I liked that the hotel offers a free drink to each guest. Also, every day there is complimentary coffee, tea, etc. A selection of free tea bags and toiletries are also offered. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Osaka. I will try to stay at more of their hotels on my next visit to Japan.

It was incredible! Favorite hotel of my entire Japan trip. When my room smelled of smoke they switched me quickly and without issue to a much better room. Great service and great location! Beautiful property and nice comfy bed and fancy bathroom!

Was positively surprised by this hotel. It is a well run hotel with spacious rooms that were quiet and had very good black out curtains. We had a pleasant 6 night stay and would definitely consider again if back in Osaka. The breakfast is decent value but many others options available around the hotel. They also have a reasonably priced cafe and lounge with free coffee and lattes for guests throughout the day.
