Location ideal, train station a few hundred metres up the road and only a couple of stops from Dontobori area. Rooms surprisingly large for Japan and full size bath. Only downside was Breakfast, very ordinary. If it’s not included in your room rate I would not bother, plenty of restaurants around and a mini mart across the road.

I really liked the neighborhood, and the hotel is close to transportation or you can walk places. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff was amazing.

Great location with easy access to Hommachi station. One thing to note is that the hotel only has one elevator with 14 floors, as well as only 2 washers and dryers which can result to long wait time. Overall decent hotel condition.

the room is tidy and clean. i am a solo traveler, the size is just fit for me. the location was perfectly right near the metro station.

I’m only giving good rating because of the molds in the walk-in shower, but they quickly cleaned up after I mentioned it. The flap on the AC was making noises throughout and was loud. Otherwise it was a good stay. Complimentary hot and cold drinks were available until 10pm. Very friendly staff.

The property feels older and outdated but the staff is excellent and they speak English well. The most unfortunate thing would be that there is only 1 elevator so plan ahead when coming and going if you have somewhere to be.

Near to Shinsaibashi and the train station which is pretty convenient. Several combinis around the hotel too. The staffs are friendly and able to assist anytime. The only thing that can be challenging to some would be the single lift.

The bathroom is smelly and there is a lot of mould around the bath tub, which is very disgusting.

The lounge in the lobby (opens till 10pm) provides place to work and study and free drinks for stayers. Nice and clean room. Air conditioning is a bit tricky to tune :)
