"Classy hotel for competitive price. Shuttle directly from hotel to NRT very convenient and low cost. Maybe the hotel can enhance their communication by notifying customers in advance of the shuttle service before arrival and/or asking the customer if they need a ride to airport on checkout day."

"Great value for money. We booked a room for four people (two adults and two kids) and it’s doable that way but not necessarily recommended. Price via Expedia was very affordable for same-day booking so we expanded and got a second room for a couple of nights there. Nice breakfast service - really enjoyed that. The breakfast area is a lounge the rest of the day so my family came back once or twice to play card games there while we rested from sightseeing. Is a slight hike from the subway station but very close to Asakusa shops and temple area. We ended up spending more time around there than planned. Room TV had streaming service login option which was nice in the evening (bc Japanese broadcast tv is not our preference)."

CROSS Suites Tokyo Asakusa(ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS)

CROSS Suites Tokyo Asakusa(ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS)

10/10 Excellent
"By far the best hotel of our 3½-week Japan & Seoul trip! We are a family of four — two adults and children aged 13 and 9 — and stayed in more than 8 hotels during our trip. Cross Suites Asakusa was, without a doubt, the favourite hotel of the whole family. We stayed in a Suite Room during the first part of our Tokyo stay and loved it so much that we decided to come back and stay here again for the second part of our Tokyo trip! The suite was spacious, modern and extremely comfortable, with a fantastic view of Senso-ji Temple(on higher floor). It was perfect for our family and gave us plenty of room to relax after busy days exploring Tokyo. The location in Asakusa is excellent, with Senso-ji, restaurants, shops and transport all within easy reach. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After staying in over 8 hotels, Cross Suites Asakusa genuinely stood out as the best. The fact that we chose to return says everything! We would highly recommend it to families and would definitely stay here again."

"Great location in Asakusa! Clean rooms & awesome terrace for expansive views. Not a fan of the breakfast. I do have to flag that I have a soy, gluten & nut allergy so that reduced my options, however, for those without allergies there are plenty options right outside the hotel for 1/3rd of the hotel buffet price. Overall great stay."
