"Great location in Shinsaibashi. Loved the adjoining rooms - small but very good noise insulation. Staff was very nice and English-friendly. Only very minor issue was that they called us quite a few times for various reasons (e.g., forgot if we paid the tourist tax) but again very minor."

"We are happy with the size of the room which is much bigger than the ones in Kyoto and Tokyo. The Osaka station is about 5 minute walk and there are a plenty of restaurants in the area. Lawson (the convenience store is next the hotel where you can get drinks, snacks and breakfast. "
