"Hotel is central and easy access to parvilion which is just next door, shopping is very convenient. Like the convenient to all shopping within the premises. 10 mins walk to massage area too. Place was pleasant and quiet too. Only improvement is the bed and the pillow could be firmer will be better for those having back issues."

A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!"
