"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"
"The hotel and staff were great. Room was extremely clean and unique fun layout. The neighborhood nearby had some great eating options and close to metro train. Would recommend and stay there again."

"Walking distance to Shinjuku train and bus station making going places easy. Direct route from hotel to airport via bus right outside the hotel lobby . Easy check in and Check out. "
"Excellent hotel with great staff. Very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was always well prepared and had a good variety. The train station is right across the road so its very convenient for trips. "
"Loved our stay here! 2-in-1 Washer/Dryer was really convenient! The room was very spacious and clean! Right near so many restaurants, bars, shopping, and public transportation. The only complaint was there wasn't specific parking, but luckily there's a parking lot 1 street behind the hotel.
The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Definitely recommend and would stay again!"
"Great hotel, little further than I thought from the station. But felt extremely safe, just didn’t want to lug my luggage. Great shower/bath, bed. Terrible pillows though. So glad I brought my own! Great view from 20th floors "
