Amazing hotel stay! My group of 8 really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay at the same hotel in future! Super convenient with everything within walking distance. Stayed for 3 nights and did not even managed to walk the whole area! I love the ecofriendly the hotel is with filtered tap in the room so we don't need to waste plastic bottles! Highly recommend this hotel!

Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread.
Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent.
Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time!
But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Spent 3d2n at Royal Chulan KL. We managed to get an early check-in at 0930 and the whole process took less than 10 mins. Staffs at the reception are very friendly. The room is awesome, it's huge and grand. However, I pierced my toe onto a nail at the carpeting area in the room. Apparently, the carpet was so worn out that the nail was protruding from the ground.Maybe that's something the management can look into. Breakfast had a wide spread, impressive work! Will definitely go back to this hotel...
