"As you walk in to the hotel it has a wonderful aroma, clean and fresh. Very good amenities, nice gym, pool etc Room is spacious with a good kitchenette, microwave, hob, toaster kettle etc. Only criticism is had to request for a room clean, and that the rooms are quite dark, all day long"

"The room was good and the service was excellent overall. However, I had one issue. When I extended my stay online, it seemed like the request wasn’t received or was ignored. I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."
