The water pressure from shower can be a little stronger. Overall room size and cleanliness is excellent ! Staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful… Room size is perfect for a couple with large luggages. Located in the old quarter, we enjoyed walking around. It is safe both day and night but is crowded. Driving would be an issue with heavy traffic. We had spent a good 2 days there.

Excellent location right in the middle of the old quarter. Everything is within walkable distance. Rooms were clean and functional. Literally every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Especially those at the front desk such as Justin, Jay and the ladies. If i were forced to nitpick, the TV system runs on an attached android box which is laggy and hangs often.But that is an absolutely negligible negative for an otherwise excellent hotel.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast options were good. However, there was one issue worth mentioning—the bathroom and its amenities. Occasionally, the drainpipe emitted an unpleasant smell, and the pottery bottles for the shampoo and body soap were difficult to manage when wet during a shower. They became slippery and tricky to handle, and from a hygiene perspective, they didn’t seem ideal. Those are minor...
