"The small room was the only downside. Comfortable bed, but absolutely no room for luggage or moving around. The rest of the hotel was amazing. Great staff, nice bar/lobby, and the location was perfect."

"For my first stay at the Millennium, I was kindly upgraded to a better room, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and overall very clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as I noticed a few short black hairs, which was a little disappointing. The TVs could also do with an upgrade to include streaming services such as Netflix. Having only standard TV channels felt quite limited, especially when spending time in the room in the evening. The main point of confusion was breakfast. When booking, there were two options available: “Breakfast” and the more expensive “Full Breakfast.” I chose and paid extra for the Full Breakfast option, assuming this included something additional. However, when I arrived at the breakfast room, I was told there was only one breakfast option included—the buffet—and that anything from the à la carte menu would cost extra. This left me unsure as to what I had actually paid extra for, as the Full Breakfast appeared to be exactly the same as the standard Buffet Breakfast, just at a higher price. The difference between these options should be made much clearer at the time of booking, or the pricing should reflect what is actually included. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and appreciated the room upgrade, but better attention to bathroom cleanliness, more modern TV options, and clearer breakfast pricing would improve the experience."

"The only caveat that should be included in the description of the location is that the Glouscester Tube (Subway) station that is a one minute walk of the hotel, DOES NOT HAVE access via elevators when arriving from the airport, so if you are traveling with luggage beware. Besides this the location, hotel, facilities, service, breakfast are EXCELLENT!!!"

"Decent one night stay in London. Helpful and friendly staff on check-in. Not the best hotel location wise for my trip but was okay. Surprised there was no swimming pool/spa facilities in a Hilton hotel. Hotel was looking a bit tired and outdated in the corridors and rooms. Only main negative was no body wash in shower. Overall, decent enough hotel for a weekend stay or something like that."
