When I came into the room, I was really satisfied with the condition of the room. Then, when I took out the pot from the drawer, it became a nightmare because of cockroach... After then, I could see many cockroaches everywhere and everytime... And inside microwave was really dirty even I heard everything is ready for you before C/I! And room cleaning! I paid for 50 RM for it but when I came back, I couldn't find any difference. They just did empty the trashbin only...

At first the access card can only pass one person and another person need to wait for next turn using one access card. Second, the tv remote is not function. Next, it is good to have washing machine inside but there is no laundry soap and dryer.

Charging RM40 for cleaning fees whereas the place is not clean at all. There are hair on the drain, the toilet bowl cover is dusty and there are roaches running around kitchen area. WiFi is not working at all. Complaint to the PIC and no response from her.

Nice view but
- during check in need to standy by minimum rm 200 for the deposit and rm 30 for cleaning fee - already informed the staff that we need the towel. He mentioned that he will provide the towel and is still in the laundry. Waited till check out didn’t received any towel - springy bed, kinda hurt my back - need to buy own soap since they only provide shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste - informed staff to checkout early but they just ignore and need to come back just to check out and get your deposit back - overall 3/5 since i just like the swimming pool and the view from the room.

Not recommend to stay here ! No Free parking but it mentioned have free parking ! Extra charges for cleaning fee once check in ~ Did not mention cleary while booking! Have to read well the policy before you make booking. Dirty in room, air- con will off itself ! Bad felt.

Nice suite overall. Mattress was a bit springy for me but my other guest liked it. Clean hotel but some ant type bugs crawling around food counters. They got into our bread so don’t leave anything out. Location was great close to everything. Pool was ok. Lower level and didn’t have any chairs for seating which was annoying. Overall I’d give it 4/5

Fantastic Location
Fantastic location, 15 Minutes walking distance to KLCC, 5 minutes walking distance to Quill City Mall, near public transport which is Monorail (can change different public transport to go other shopping malls, Pavilions, Midvalley and One Utama. O-Bike is nearby, can rent and ride bicycle go anywhere you like. The room is clean and comfy, the facilities of the apartment are great especially the pool area which is so amazing. Staffs are friendly too. Highly recommend.

Convenient but very basic
Great location, within walking distance of KLCC, Bukit Nanas monorail station and MATIC. Checking in and out was a hassle trying to contact owners to let you in and return keys and security passes. Apartment was self contained, mostly clean and very basically furnished by IKEA. Lacking some basic necessities like dish washing liquid, tea towel, and plug for the sink making it difficult to wash the dishes you use. Television only tuned in to Malaysian stations making it pointless if you can't understand the local language! Apartment quite noisy with traffic noise and local mosques in the morning. Swimming pool was ok, a bit cloudy with very little seating.

We had major problems when checking in but these were due to hotels.com not the suite owner. We were relocated to another suite in a different building for one night which was very inconvenient, but when we finally did get to the mercu suite we were very happy with the quality and comfort of the suite.

Terrible terrible terrible suite experience
The springs of the mattress will hurt your back. The sofa is dirty and old. The pan is not suit for the cooker. The tableware is too less. The TV is analog. The price is almost same with Vortex Suite Residence, but the quality difference is huge.

Upon check in have to wait for your staff for about 15minutes . Have phone your staff that would like to extend the check out until 2.00p.m. but not able to help and your staff told us to check out exactly 12.00p.m. Not even a chance for us to extend to 1400hours as our flight is 7.00p.m. Have to put our luggage at your office . Your staff not helpful especially the filipino staff . Television not function and cannot access to Astro channel

Superb stay at Mercu Summer Suite
First time we book an apartment rather than the usual hotel. Pleasantly surprise with tye room space and comfort for my while family. Location was superb and our host was very good. Will come back again for syre.

New and nice apartment
It was very convenient and comfortable. Close to local markets and in the center of the city. There could be more local restaurants around, but a quick taxi ride and your feasting

Okay the apartments in this place are all owns by different people / groups. Make sure you get the phone number in your booking else the front desk / security won't know who to call. Anyhow after locating the number - person came down to give me a key and let me in to the room. As rooms are all owned by different groups the cutout is different for each. This one was all IKEA furniture - which is ok - just saying. Reasonable kitchenette - but no convection oven. AC is good Ceiling fan is good Shower is not so good. Uses an electric water heater on the wall in the shower - you either get a nice hot dribble or an almost cold shower! No towel rails. Was told room would be serviced every couple of days - no service done in the 8 nights we stayed. Overall stay was ok and the price is not bad.

酒店地點同交通方便，正在吉隆坡KLCC中央。食買玩都很容易，但現時吉隆球坡有好發展地區，四周環境有多地盤同新落成的建築，這個城市不停發展中，深信過多幾年吉隆坡有又全新面臉。

3시간이 넘는 체크인과 클리닝페이 투어리즘페이 청결하지 못한 숙소에서 병걸림 최악의 숙소
메르쿠 서머스위트는 레지던스형의 숙소인데 겉만 보기 좋지 안은 청결하지 못하고 체크인하는 데스크가 없어서 밑에서 스텝을 기다려야 했어요 스텝을 3시간이상 기다리고 체크인 하려는데 클리닝페이와 투어리즘페이를 숙박비용보다 비싸게 강제로 받아갔아요 여태까지 쿠알라룸푸르를 수차례 여행했지만 이렇게 말도 안되는 추가비용을 낸 곳은 처음이에요 그리고 지내는동안 지갑에 돈을 하우스키퍼들이 훔쳐가서 경찰서까지 다녀오고 청결하지 못해서 병까지 걸렸어요 하지만 스텝이나 중국사장은 어떠한 도움도 안주고 너 알아서 해라는 식으로 방관하고 진짜 최악의 숙소였어요 이런적이 처음이라 너무 당황하고 황당했어요 절대로 메르쿠 서머스위트 이름이 있는 숙소나 레지던스를 사용하지 마세요 저 처럼 피해보는 분들이 없었으면 합니다

체크인 시 유선통화 후 키 받을 수 있습니다. 택시이용 시 시내 주요지역을 15분 내외로 전부 갈 수 있습니다. 수영장 및 피트니스 무료로 이용가능합니다. 방도 쾌적한편이며 간단한 음식 조리 및 빨래도 가능합니다. 방이 크지는 않지만 4인 가족이 지내는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 가격대비 아주 좋은 숙소입니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

Grosse galére. Principe de l'occasion à éviter.
Ce système d hébergement est une véritable galére.Nous avons dû attendre 4 heures(avec l'aide de locaux) pour que quelqu'un se déplace.Et nous annonce que l'appartement attribué est loué.( il est 1 heure du matin) .Apres plusieurs appels,un autre nous ai attribué.Re-taxi,re-valise à porter. Celui est un 4 places,nous sommes 5;Appartement neuf,certes,mais sans fenêtre ,et probleme de place pour dormir. Durant l'attente des clés,nous étions nombreux et tous dans la même situation: plus de logement......Entre la colere,la fatigue,la perte de temps,expérience plus que décevante.

下次自架遊會再次入住
公寓式住宿，沒有前台服務，須要whatsapp職員安排入住，但職員很好，我們晚上11時到也可以。單位設備也齊全，有泳池及健身房，唯一是原本有洗衣機卻送往維修，結果衣服要手洗！ 另外，如果是自架遊這是不錯的選擇，雖然說是在KLCC，但最近的交通工具及食店超市，也要步行15分鐘以上。

いいアパートですが、英語が話せない人には難しいです。
アパートメントなので、フロントがありません。普通のフロントに行っても、知らないといわれます。 現地到着後は、自分で電話し担当の方に降りてきていただく必要があります。私はあまり得意な方ではないので、苦労しました。 新しいところなので部屋は快適ですが、ほこりなどが片付いていないのが残念でした。

Appartements bien situes et propres
Il s agit d appartements et le contact (par telephone uniquement) avec la personne chargee de remettre les clefs et difficile meme en faisant appel a des locaux pour appeler. Le mieux est d aller sur place en taxi et d attendre. Par contre un fois cet obstacle franchit c est vraiment super : Bel appartement (pour 2 max) super eclaire tres propre avec une super piscine au 11eme etage. Commerces et restau juste dans la residence A 10 minutes a pied des tours Petronas, du Centre commercial (KLCC) et du metro (station au KLCC j ai jamais trouve les autres plus proches. Une adresse a retenir. nota pour rendre les clefs aucun probleme on les mets dans une boite en bas des l immeubles (gardiens jour et nuit dans le hall et meme autour de la piscine)

Beaucoup de difficulte pour joindre la personne qui va vous donner les clefs de l appartement (meme en passant par l aide des locaux) mais une fois cotacte tout devient parfait. La piscine a elle seule merite le detour et l environnement est excellent pres des tours Petronas et du grand centre commercial ainsi que pres du metro

Komfortables Appartment - Spitzenlage & -aussicht
Die Wohnung passt sowohl für Pärchen als auch Familien. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut - in Laufweite zu den Petronas Towers und dem Menara Tower. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt um die Ecke. Traumhafter Ausblick, viel Platz in der Wohnung, mit Küche und Couch. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt in KL. In der Libby gibt es einen kleinen Shop, der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat für Snacks und Getränke und ein Café fürs Frühstück. Man muss nur die Schlüsselübergabe per Anruf beim Eigentümer organisieren. War aber auch sehr unkompliziert.

Suveren beliggenhet!
Fantastisk beliggenhet, midt i hjertet av KL. Kort vei til kjøpesenter og masse deilige restauranter. Bare en kort spasertur unna KL Suria, KLCC og KL Tower. Rett over veien ligger Metro stasjonene Dang Wangi og Bukit nanas, som tar deg hvor en du vil i byen. Flott!
