Overall it's better than the rest of the hostels in the area. affordable, security is good, cleanliness is good, location is great I must say, but not for working traveller. There is a desktop available also seen in the pictures when you book but apparently its not working! and been requesting for it to be fixed since my 1st day. I've been staying for 2 wks now and seems like they have no plans of fixing it.

Nice location as walk downstairs you can easily get access to Central Market and Pasar Seni LRT or MRT stations. Easy to plan the transport for KL trip. Clean toilet and pantry. The only bad thing is in one of the toilet, I can only get hot shower even I did not turn on the switch.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean toilets/shower etc. Free toast and coffee in the morning. Great location. Great stay!

Good location, convenient place
Lots of eateries and souvenir shops can be found here, if you want to take train or bus it's just 350m distance (4 mins) to reach bus terminal Pasar Seni, LRT or MRT stations. Good to stay here for short term stay.

Great location, but not clean
I had much better expectations for this hostel! No shoes allowed past reception, can't even hide the shoes in the room so if you wear nice sneakers there's a chance it can get stolen. No shoes allowed but the floors were not cleaned at all. All locker locks were broken, even if you tried to lock your valuables, people can just pull it open. Toilets were gross, I've never seen toilet paper in any of the toilets for my entire stay, no nozzle on the bidets, and the toilets are always drenched in "water." I was assigned to a room that didn't match photos at all and AC was not working. I asked to switch and was accommodated to another room where the A/C was working but it was cold for only 10 minutes then it would just blow warm air like a fan, no remote in the room, just a switch to turn on. No privacy curtains on the beds as seen in photos. Walls are so thin that you can hear footsteps and people talking. You're given bed sheets (that you have to put on the mattress yourself), and a very used and thin blanket. Overall, the only thing good about this place is the location, walk downstairs and you have tons of stores from Central Market.

What you booked difference with what you get.

The guesthouse receptionist told me that our booking room been sell to another group of people as we did not check-in around 2:00 PM. In the end, 4 bed dorms (estimate cost of S$ 36.00) giving to us to replace our booking of 2 double bed room (cost me S$ 56.00 thru internet booking) with no refund. If did not agreed, we need to find another place to stayed. Pros – Good location and clean toilets Cons – Dirty walls around room and unclean rooms

違うホテルを探そう！
スタッフの態度が悪い。エアコンも途中で壊れる。足音がかなり響く。蚊に刺される。清潔ではない。

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us and oh dear sorry to hear your bad experience. As you are aware, the air conditioning did not break but was turned off by other guests. Also our cleanliness is of our highest priority and we keep clean all the time. Even other guests compliment us for our cleanliness and we have many long term guests prefer our place for the hygiene. Not sure what went wrong during your stay but we would like to apologize.

共用部分がもうちょっと充実していれば
セントラルマーケットの隣にあり、パサールセニ駅にも近いので、どこに行くにも便利だった。水が出ない時や弱い時があったり、修理中のバスルームがあったりしていたが、張り紙をしたり、口頭で伝えてくれたりと対応はきちんとしていた。朝食時にキッチンを利用したが、もうちょっと清潔感が欲しい。

セントラルマーケットの隣にありロケーションは最高でした。 スタッフもフレンドリーで親切で、4ベットのドミに泊まりましたが部屋は私一人だけで貸し切り状態でした。 典型的なゲストハウスですが居心地は良かったです。

以前、このゲストハウスの6人ドミに泊まった時は、エアコンがほとんど効かず不満だった。今回は12人ドミに泊まった。広くて割と快適に過ごせた。 ただ朝食は、期待しない方がいい。トーストにジャム、マーガリン、コーヒーと紅茶だ。

Preview photo is FAKE. I reserved 6 beds room (with curtain by photo), but there is no curtain. Other bad point. 1. I changed bed because of staff request. It’s not problem. True problem is both bed have bedbugs. 2. My bed is toooooo cold because of direct A/C wind. 3. There is no key. Guest need call staff by entrance bell, and staff unlock the key. But sometimes the door is unlocked too late. Remark Breakfast is toast only. (With margarine and jam). It’s 7:00-10:00. Tea and coffee are free anytime.

パサール・セニ駅やチャイナタウンからとても近く、セントラルマーケットの脇にあるので、立地がとても便利です。ただ、最初のチェックイン時に1日目と2日目で部屋を変えてくれと言われたので、2日目にその旨をフロントに伝えたら知らないと言われました。

セントラルマーケットにあるゲストハウス
セントラルマーケットの通り沿いにあるゲストハウスで、朝食付きでコスパは良いと思います。 トイレとシャワーが一緒になってるところとシャワールームのみの所とあり、不便は感じなかったです。 お湯もちゃんと出ました。 時間制限がありますがFree breakfastもあるので朝食代が浮きました。

Cozy, cool rooms and nice balcony to relax
The place is great. Many asian and european travellers stay here and make for good company. The rooms are very nice and the toilettes and showers are always kept clean. Staff is very polite and nice.

모든 면에서 좋았습니다. 특히 홍콩방은 샤워실과 화장실 바로 옆이라서 거의 방 안에 있는것과 다름이 없어서 만족합니다. 스텝들도 좋고, 여행객들도 좋았습니다.
