"Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile, which made the experience even better. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh, and the bar service was nice with plenty of drink options. The location is excellent—very close to the beach and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy everything around. The only downside is that the decor and overall design feel a bit outdated and could use some renovation. With a refresh—especially incorporating more wood elements—the place could look much more modern, warm, and stylish. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, and with a bit of renovation, it could easily be an even better experience."

"The service was excellent all of the staff were very attentive and helpful, everything was very clean. My only complaint is that our room was very hot on arrival because the ac was off and even when turned on it could barely cool the room and we were in there nicest room. Overall it was an amazing experience thank you RIU palace las americas"

The beach and pools were wonderful. We would definitely recommend booking again."
