"We were in the hotel already last year. Since there atmosphere and decoration (no more bears) has very changed, but in a negative way. It‘s more for business, less staff, poor breakfast service. The service is not the same as before. For the next time we will choose another hotel."

"Everything was perfect.
Only gripe was the lack of fresh milk for tea drinkers like myself and the fact I was mistakenly charged S$477 for 4 days of emptying the minibar when we never used anything. The hotel removed everything on our arrival to allow us to keep things in the fridge as it was a very small fridge."
"Small rooms but we only spend time to sleep there. Room was very clean, lots of usb outlets, small but great shower and great location, walked everything"
