Our room overlooked the very busy railway lines (6 lines I think) so we couldn’t leave the balcony door open and the aircon didn’t cool. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk amenities at all even when I asked for some. All digital checkin and checkout which is fine but I wouldn’t stay again. Close to good local restaurants and of course the train station.

覺得很適合親子住，有廚房、洗衣機、衣架、洗衣精、換洗用具各方面都很方便，房間很大交通便利，因為離電車很近所以會聽到聲音以外其他都很棒，但是其實回去都累了也不在乎這些聲音

ホテル自体は良いがチェックインに問題あり
清潔感はあります。夏場なので特に冷凍庫があるのは有り難かったです。水や保冷剤を凍らせて翌日の熱中症対策に役立ちました！ ただ、事前にオンラインチェックインが必要と言う割にリンクもQRコードも送られて居らず、暑いなか建物にも入れず電話で問い合わせなければならず、入ってからも使いにくいタブレットで同行者全員の氏名を入力しなければならず、とてもイライラさせられました！事前に電話で問い合わせたときにはオンラインチェックインなど必要無いように言われたのに！ システムがうまくいってないようです。 改善してください。

酒店最近千日前線鶴橋站或JR大阪環狀線鶴橋站，前者2分鐘步行到酒店，後者5分鐘。房間空間感足夠，生活設備大致齊全。如果洗衣機有乾衣功能，與及房間有熨斗可用便更好了。另酒店是自助登記入住的，店方遲了一天給我們門禁資料，以致我們半夜急著以電郵聯繫店方，入住過程有少許延誤。 其餘都很滿意。

マンション分譲で有名な会社が手掛けたホテルなので、部屋が広くて快適でした。 注意点はホテルの下には近鉄の線路がありますので、朝は電車の音でうるさいです。 耳栓が用意されていますので、そちらを使って寝た方が良いです。

편리하고 기분 좋은 곳
우선 공간이 넓고 깨끗하며 어매니티도 잘 갖춰져 있어 좋았고 전철역에서 가깝기도 하고, 무엇보다 콘도처럼 주방에 식기류 및 간단한 조리도구가 있어서 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 편의점이나 시장에서 구매한 음식을 조리해 먹기도 좋았습니다. 다만, 비대면 체크인을 해야 하는지 몰라서 첫 날 문 앞에서 들어가지 못 하고 헤매다가 뒤늦게 일본어로 된 이메일이 와있었다는 것을 알고 체크인을 했습니다. 체크인 부분만 좀 더 명확하게 표시해 두면 좋을 것 같습니다. 오사카에 가게 되면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶은 곳입니다.

주변에 편의점 세개나있고 자판기랑 타코야키집도 있었어요! 가격대비 시설이 너무 좋아서 놀랐습니다! 도톤보리까지 지하철타고 15분 내외로 갈수있었고 바로 근처에 역이 있어서 편하게 여행다녔습니다😀😀

깨끗하고 신축이고 공청기 에어컨 히터까지 다있음 다만 주의할게 수건을 숙박기간동안 쓸걸 한번에 줘서 낭비하면 세탁기 돌려서 써야함
